Please Help Kaitlyn get to Disney

I would like to start this campaign for Kaitlyn and her attendant to join us for our trip to DisneyWorld in April. As many of you are aware Kaitlyn was in the hospital in ICU on a ventilator just a week ago from complications of flu, pneumonia and renal failure. We discharged directly from ICU because of the wonderful staff we have at home. Kaitlyn has mystified the medical community in her ability to "beat the odds" time and time again. Her primary diagnosis is Trisomy 13 and its truly a miracle that she is 23 years old. HOWEVER, because she is 23 she no longer qualifies for programs like Make A Wish. So with that being said I am asking for help to make this trip a reality for Kaitlyn. Most that know me well know that I do not usually take Kaitlyn into large public places for fear of her getting sick but since we contracted flu at home I have decided I want her to live outside of her bedroom walls because I just dont know how much longer she can continue to fight.
