Ayúdame a pagar mi primer semestre de maestría en la Universität Leipzig en Alemania.
Soy una persona que siempre cumple su objetivo, se adaptarme a la situación y me gusta estar en constante aprendizaje. No la he tenido fácil, vine a vivir a Saltillo hace 8 años por mis propios medios, estudié y trabajé, viví al día y aun así, me gradué en 2014 y desde entonces he estado trabajando en el área de recursos humanos. Me entusiasma conocer de nuevos negocios, de todo tipo de emprendedores e ideas innovadoras, con ello voy aprendiendo de diferentes áreas y siempre me imagino como sería ayudarlos a desarrollar sus ideas hacia el éxito.
La Maestría en Negocios para Promoción y Capacitación de Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (MBA Small Enterprises Promotion and Training [SEPT]) se caracteriza por impartir lecciones teóricas y prácticas para desarrollar a las pequeñas empresas mediante la visión primermundista, y asi, impulsar la economía de los países en desarrollo; este programa está entre los mejores 10 MBAs de Alemania. En comparación con la oferta educativa nacional, la Universität Leipzig, tiene un nivel educativo superior al del Instituto Politecnico de Mexico (la número #3 en México), la cual, ofrece una maestría para el desarrollo de las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PYMES), cuyo plan de estudios es el más comparable con el MBA SEPT (dejo links como referencia, http://www.webometrics.info/es/detalles/ipn.mx, http://www.webometrics.info/es/detalles/uni-leipzig.de). Asimismo, con esta oportunidad puedo aprender el idioma alemán (ya hablo inglés y español).
Tu apoyo contribuye a mi desarrollo personal y al desarrollo de las PYMES en mi comunidad. Sé que puedo llegar a ejercer el conocimiento adquirido al volver a México gracias a que existen incontables áreas de oportunidad para los pequeños y medianos empresarios. A mi regreso quiero apoyar a los emprendedores que no tengan acceso a la educación y herramientas necesarias para iniciar o impulsar sus negocios.

Meta: 2300 Euros (cerca de 2700 USD) para pago de primer semestre, la cuota del smeestre, un mes de renta y un mes de deposito para la renta.

¿Por qué pedir un donativo? No puedo pagarlo. Apliqué para entrar becada por medio de un programa que se llama EPOS DAAD, sin embargo no fui seleccionada. También apliqué a la beca CONACYT-FUNED, con la cual, pensaba sustentarme toda la duración de mi maestría, sin embargo, me confirman si fuí aceptada hasta el 12 de Octubre de este año, mis clases inician el 1 de Octubre.
¿Por qué no un préstamo? Utilicé los préstamos que tenía disponibles para hacer una cuenta bloqueada de 4700 EUR para sustentarme por seis meses (es requisito indispensable para sacar la visa alemana de estudiante).

A cambio de tu donación: Te escribiré una nota de agradecimiento a mano, te estaré enviando actualizaciones de cómo voy con mis estudios de manera mensual y la ficha de pago del primer semestre.
Sobre mí: Soy de Piedras Negras, Coahuila. Tengo 26 años, mis pasatiempos son leer (últimamente leo sobre finanzas personales) e ir al cine. Estudié una licenciatura en comunicación en la Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila y actualmente trabajo como generalista de recursos humanos en una planta manufacturera en Saltillo, Coahuila. A lo largo de mi carrera profesional me he especializado en el área de entrenamiento y capacitación, se armar matrices de entrenamiento, planes de capacitación, procedimientos, hacer proyectos para reducción de pérdidas causadas por el ausentismo y la falta de conocimiento, puedo hacer descripciones de puestos y planes de desarrollo para empleados.

Help me pay for my first semester of master's degree at the Universität Leipzig in Germany.
I am a person that always achieves its goals with the ability to adapt to every situation, who likes to be in constant learning. I have not had it easy though, I came to Saltillo to study my Bachelor and work by my own 8 years ago, I used to live from hand to mouth. On 2014, I got my Bachelor Degree in Communication and have been working as in the human resources sector since then. I'm an enthusiast about learning from new businesses, different kinds of entrepreneurs and innovative proposals, with this I keep discovering from different subjects and I like to come up with ideas on how a business can be developed towards success.
The MBA Small Enterprises Promotion and Training (MBA SEPT) is outstanding due to its theoretical and practical lessons about how a small business can be grown and sustained from the practices of the first world, applied with a focus on boosting the economy of developing countries through the SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises); moreover, this program is among the top 10 best MBAs in Germany. In comparison with the educational offer, The Universität Leipzig has a higher level of education than the Instituto Politecnico de Mexico (México's #3 University), which offers a Master programme for development of Small and Medium Enterprises, whose curriculum is the most comparable with the SEPT MBA (I'll leave these links as reference, http://www.webometrics.info/en/details/ipn.mx, http://www.webometrics.info/en/details/uni-leipzig.de). Additionally, with this opportunity I can learn the German language (I already speak English and Spanish).
Your donation contributes to my personal growth and the development of SMEs in my community. Upon my return to Mexico, I will be able to apply the knowledge acquired due to the many areas of opportunity for entrepreneurs. Upon my return I want to support entrepreneurs who do not have access to the education and tools necessary to start or boost their business.
For whatever amount your donation is, it will make a difference, and if you are not able to make a donation, I would be very grateful if you could help me sharing the campaign with others.
Target: 2300 Euros (about 2700 USD) for first semester payment, semester fee, the rent of one month and one month of deposit.

Why ask for a donation? I don't have the money to pay for it. I applied first to a scholarship called EPOS DAAD programme, however I was not selected. Then I applied to the CONACYT-FUNED scholarship to support myself the entire two years of master's degree, but they'll confirm me if I was accepted until October 12 of this year, my classes begin on October 1st.
Why not a loan? I took a loan to make a blocked account of EUR 4500 to support myself for six months (it is a requirement to obtain the German student visa).
Start of semester: I must enroll and do this payment on October 1, 2018
In exchange for your donation: I'll give you a handwritten thank you note, I will be sending you updates on how I am doing with my studies on a monthly basis and the payment receipt for the first semester.
About me: I'm from Piedras Negras, Coahuila. I'm 26 years old, my hobbies are reading (lately, I read about personal finances), going to the theater and doing crossfit. I am a Bachelor in Communication from the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and currently working as an HR generalist in a manufacturing plant in Saltillo, Coahuila. Throughout my professional career I have specialized in training and people develompent, I know how to build training matrices, training plans, procedures, planning projects to reduce losses caused by absenteeism and lack of knowledge, job descriptions and development plans for employees.
