Habitat for Humanity - Nicaragua - 2014

Habitat for Humanity is building homes for families in Nicaragua. Our HfH team (including my BFF Becky Burke) will travel to Managua, then to Esteli. We will be gone October 25 - November 2. The homes we are building are around 400 square feet in size (!), with women (or disabled) head-of-households. Many of these women run small businesses out of their homes. We will build a new home or rebuild the current one, using local methods of construction. It will be a privilege to use brawn and brain to help build a safer home for a woman in need. Thanks for your support and I promise to come home with all of my limbs!
