Dear Alpha Chi Omega Parents,
Hello! My name is Abbie White and I am the VP of Facility Operations. As hard as it is to believe, it is that time of year again! We are over half way through the semester and finals will be here before we know it. Our chapter prides itself on our academic achievement as we have had one of the highest GPAs in the Greek community and we are so proud of each and every one of our members! Each semester, Alpha Chi Omega provides a meal to the girls in our chapter during finals week. These dinners not only serve as a break from studying but as time where girls can relax and enjoy being with one another before summer vacation. Dinners range from Chipotle, to Pei Wei, and even breakfast for dinner from Ol South Pancake House. As VP of Facility Operations, I am in charge of planning these dinners. I am writing you to ask for some help in putting on these dinners. These dinners would not be possible without parent involvement and any donations help!
