Cost of surgery for complications

I have a some dental genetic issues that are causing some serious life-threatening conditions. I have two conditions, one of them being Amelogenesis Imperfecta the other hyperdontia. Angiogenesis Imperfecta can cause a wide range problems. What it's doing to me is causing rapid wear and breakages ,It also causing me not to produce enamel in my teeth. The hyperdontia is causing me to have a supernumerary of teeth. Due to this I have gaps in my gum line causing abscesses. The absences that I'm getting from both the teeth breakages and gaps in my gum line are causing bacterial infections. Along with pressure to my skull. The abscesses alone are causing more pain and suffering then my genetic conditions . Due to the amount of absences and bacterial infections that I've had, there's a growing concern of a higher risk of heart disease . Along with bacterial infection to the brain . In order to guarantee longevity in life I have to undergo a mass removal along with bone grafts and implants. Without this my health will only decline greatly. Now the reason why I need so much . I have to pay about 90% out of pocket, Due to the fact that my dental insurance does not cover a lot of the cost. This leaves me with a horrible burden of $25,400. The reason why the cost is so high is due to the amount of work that needs to be done. The work that needs to be done is dental implant posts, I need 12 of them and the cost per post is $1,200 . Along with top and bottom implants costing around 7500. I also have a bone spur in my jaw, the cost to remove that is $1,500. Along with two titanium plates to hold the implants at a cost of $1,000 a piece. Making the grand total $25,400. This is not including medical sedation or an anesthesiologist. If I don't have the mass removal done along with the work that I previously listed I will be in Dire Straits. But in the same stroke if I have this done and manage to find a way to pay for all of it I will have a 0% chance of developing further symptoms or abscesses. I normally don't ask for money but I have no place to turn. Due to my line of work I cannot get a loan that large due to the rapid unpredictability of employment. I work as a in home care concierge along with being a volunteer for a local fire rescue department. Due to the unpredictability of pay and clients it makes it super hard to approve me for a loan. I've tried Banks and I even tried medical loans with no success. I don't like asking for help. But I have nowhere else to turn and if anybody knows me they know how much I try to help others out. But I'm afraid that if I don't get the things I need to have done I will no longer be able to provide the Safety, Security and medical help to family's I care for. Taking away the very thing I value the most. A majority of my week is spent keeping loved ones in their own home and out of the medical care facilities. I'm afraid that if I go without the surgery and implants I will no longer be able to provide the Safety and Security that I provide family's with. I just want to keep doing what I do for the people in my community. So now i find myself asking my community for help now.
