Brian's back surgery

As parents we are asking for your support in helping us assist our son. Brian has been dealing with a herniated disc in his lower back for the past number of months; His L5-S1 disc is herniated and placing constant pressure on the sciatic nerve making simple day-to-day tasks very difficult if not impossible. Being a father of three active boys it has been tough for him not being able to participate in the boys many activities. We have set up this account to ask for your assistance to help in taking advantage of the opportunity to have the corrective surgery performed in India this coming July. 
The reason for the option of having the surgery performed in India, is the waiting time here in Québec is on average two years. The issue with waiting long term for the corrective surgery is that further damage to the nerve will occur possibly causing irreversible damage. A friend of Brian’s had a similar situation a few months ago, and had the corrective surgery performed in India resulting in a complete success. The total cost to have the surgery performed abroad is approximately $25,000. Because this is a sizable amount, we will post a statement of accounts, detailing all financial costs once the surgery has been concluded.
