Help Save My Dogs Life

Our dog was involved in a hit and run. She has broken ribs, a collapsed lung, fluid in her lungs, lacerations on her head and chest, and various other complications. We can't afford all her medical bills and we have a limited amount of money set aside for emergencies like this. Right now she is oxygen dependent and will be hospitalized for a few days. Please help our poor Nala, we just want her to be healthy and make a full recovery.
