Basic Medical Care for an Infection

I'm not here to beg for free spending money, or some fancy house. To be completely honest, I'm embarassed that I even need to use GoFundMe to ask for this.
I need help with incredibly basic medical coverage for the antibiotic, Doxycycline, to treat an infection.
I went to a CareNow clinic last night with complaints of a swollen lump in my throat and a seeping wound on my thigh. Three separate infections were found, including a middle ear infection I had no idea was present, and they require both Amoxicillin and Doxycycline to treat, according to the doctor I saw.
I come from an abusive home in Pennsylvania, mentally and physically, which I left to live with friends in Texas after my first year of college. I am battling several medical conditions which majorly impair my ability to work a normal job, primarily prostatitis which causes me to need to urinate about every 15 minutes of the day, nonstop, for the past 3 years of my life. Because of this, I have strongly been pursuing creative work which does not have limitations on bathroom breaks.
I have no insurance, as I cannot afford even the lowest monthly tier, and Texas voted not to expand medicaid, so I do not qualify for it despite my situation, and currently there is $10 to my name.
I recieve a monthly check of $142 from my father, who is attempting to bottleneck the remainder of my college savings and force me to return to Pennsylvania.
With the most recent check, I purchased about $20 of food for myself, spent $13 at a couple of thrift stores, and almost the entire remainder of the check went to a single doctor's appointment and a prescription for Amoxicillin to treat one of the three infections the doctor discovered.
The cost of Doxycycline seems to have skyrocketed in order to gouge consumers for the winter season, as this relatively cheap upon initial creation (5 cents a pill) antibiotic would cost me $55 at my local walmart and a whopping $240 at my local wallgreen's, with a CareNow patient discount card. I literally cannot afford either.
After discussing my options with friends, I made the decision to start a GoFundMe for this basic medical coverage.
Here's how the $200 I'm looking for breaks down:
$55 will cover my antibiotic.
$68 will cover another doctor's visit if in any way the situation grows worse.
$35 will cover my quarterly CareNow fee in order to make the visits cost $68 instead of $160+
The remaining $42 will pay for food so I can eat things that'll help with the treatment over the rest of the month, emergency money if I need other pills, and generally not make my bank balance $0.
EDIT: The last $16 will just about cover GoFundMe Fees so I actually get $200. Almost forgot about that.
As this is an infection, the sooner I recieve the funds, the sooner I can actually treat it.
If I can treat this basic infection, I'll prevent it from growing worse or spreading before it gets bad. As a hypochondriac I notice anything off about my health so I'd rather nip it in the bud before it gets seriously dangerous.
For anyone who would like to help, thank you very much for assisting me in a desperate time when I really had no other options. Hopefully this will be the only GoFundMe I need to make, and I won't have such a situation pop up again anytime soon.
