Au'Taijah's Memorial
I am starting this gofundme page for a family that is very dear to my heart. they are my closest friends, and have just experienced something so tragic, I'm having trouble processing it. Please help my friends give this angel a proper burial.
On Monday morning, July 31st, 2017, 11 year old Au'Taijah AnnaMaria Molina was taken to the E.R complaining of a severe headache. The Dr didn't see cause to run a CT scan and sent her home with Migraine medication.
The following Tuesday morning Au'Taijah was unresponsive and taken back to the E.R where a CT scan showed she had a rare Brain AVM that burst. It caused a massive bleeding in her brain, and she had to undergo emergency brain surgery. Unfortunately she never recovered. She passed away August 4th, 2017.
Au'Taijah was a bright 11 year old girl full of life, love and smiles. She was a straight A student, honor roll and was involved in Choir, band, and cheerleading. She was the teachers assistant, as well as library assistant, and absolutely loved school. She loved Music, Minecraft, and Funtime Foxy, but most of all she loved her family. She has a big sister that she loved very much and a little brother and sister whom she liked to cook for and entertain. Our Au'Taijah, our angel on earth has now become our guardian angel. Because of her sweet nature and kind soul, Au'Taijah has become an organ donor. This has given us some comfort knowing that she will have a hand in helping other families. She touched the lives of all who knew her. Au'Taijah will be greatly missed.
Please Parents....If your child is complaining of a severe headache, please demand a CT scan. A migraine is not common in children. It could save your childs life.
