Help Pakistani Asylum Seeker PayBond

Hi my name is Wajahat Zaidi and I am a friend of Sumera Zeeshan, I met her through women’s shelter here in Austin Texas and upon hearing her survival story we knew something had to be done.
These funds will be used for bond money for Zeeshan and the rest will go in helping this family get settled. The money that is being raised, 8000 of which will be transferred from my account to the account of the lawyers that are working on freeing Zeeshan. The remaining amount will be hand delivered to sumera for her use in settling in.

We are trying to raise $7500 to bond an asylum seeker out of immigration detention in Tacoma, Washington. He and his family had been targeted and threatened in Pakistan by religious extremists and had to flee the country. Once they made it to the United States, ICE separated him from his wife and children. The father is still detained, more than 3 months later, pending a $7500 bond. We have welcomed his wife and children into our community in Austin, Texas. We are trying to reunite their family so they can be together once again and present their asylum claims together.
