Assistance with a tooth

Okay to be perfectly honest I hate to be doing this but unfortunately it seems I do not have the funds required to do something as simple as to fix an agonizing pain. I'm just looking to get a little bit of assistance to try and remove or fix a broken tooth that I have that has been causing me agonizing pain for the last few weeks I'm taking over 2000 mg of ibuprofen a day just to make it through work even though that is well beyond the amount a person supposed to take. I do work as anybody seeing this knows I've only had one day off in the last 15 but unfortunately between bills and life in general how in the world is a person supposed to spend $200 just to pull a tooth I'm hoping if I can raise the amount on here I can have it either fixed or pulled safely.
