Assistance for handicapped van.

We would like to start a go fund me page for our grandson Christofer. He was born with cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound.He cannot walk or even assist in transitioning. We have raised Christofer since birth and have taken care of all his needs. As he gets older it is harder to take him places because our van is older and not handicapped accessible. When he was younger I could lift him from the chair to the van seat and put the wheelchair in the back. Now it takes two people to lift him into the van and if I don't have help I can't do it alone. Christofer likes to go places and it is hard to take him without a handicapped accessible van. Also he has doctor and dentist and therapy appointments that we need to take him to. My wife and I are both senior citizens now and Christofer is 22. Our income doesn't afford us what a van with lifts and tie downs cost. Insurance paid for a Hoyer lift for his bedroom to transition him in and out of bed' but there is no coverage or programs available to assist with a van.  Any support would be grateful and help our boy feel more independent be able to be part of the community.
