Ashlyn's Howard University Fund

Hi, my name is Lisa Holdman, mother of Ashlyn Holdman.  I am happy to announce that Ashlyn has been accepted into the prestigious Howard University located in Washington, D.C., where she will
pursue a degree in Strategic, Legal and Management Communication.  Yes, we will have a lawyer in the family.

Ashlyn has had an amazing journey throughout her years of school.  She has worked hard juggling, her studies, tennis, and from time to time volunteering at church all while maintaining a 3.5 GPA.   Ash graduated with honors and although could have had a full ride attending college in Texas, she decided Howard University is the better choice.

I've had many family members and friends asking how they can assist with her journey.  We are first asking for prayers,  Ashlyn will be joined with her best friend and this is the first time that both young ladies will be far away from home without family.  

Monetary contributions will go towards her favorite laptop (MAC Pro), books, winter apparel, basic household items, such as cleaning supplies, and toiletries.
