ASD Awareness

My name is Nicole Athas. I decided to challenge myself throughout the entire month of April to wear the color blue everyday to raise Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Awareness. Along with wearing blue, everyday I will post my outfit and a fact about autism, in hopes to help educate and shine a light on autism, as well as raise money for a cause. All the money donated will go to an Autism organization to fund research and help families with financial assistance.

Everyday I have the absolute privilege to work with some amazing students and staff. My inspiration comes from the students that I work with who have Autism. I wish everyone could see just how amazing they truly are.

I hope that by doing this challenge that I can help them as well as others. Raising awareness is only the beginning, but it is one of the best places to start!
