Artwork & Fun at Nixon Elementary

The Hermosa Neighborhood Association (HNA), the EXPO Collective, and the Walt Disney Birthplace are collaborating to create over five murals throughout Nixon Elementary School. These murals are meant as a way to help beautify the school and involve the students in the creative process of helping to design artwork that will be stationed throughout various locations inside the school. Our aim with this project is to help make the students of Nixon Elementary feel as though they have ownership of the building and their community.
