Help with wheelchair lift and ramp

Our brother Arturo has always gone out of his way to help all of us in our time of need.  tragically on October 20th he had a Hemorrhage Stroke in  part of the brain stem ,  the ER Doctors told us to hope for the worst and only gave him 72 hours  to live. After 3 days of being in a coma he open his eyes by this reaction the hospital told us he would get a feeding tube and a tracheostomy. By october 27 they had schedual a transfer to a different hospital he was moved that same day.
On the following days they notice that he had several infections an his kidneys were giving out. He was started  on several antibiotics . As the days passed by he started to react more and was able to remember  he spend his birhday and all the Holidays in the hospital. As the days pass by he started to get better able to talk and move his arms and legs even started his physical therapy we were very excited .On December 21 they told us he had diverticulitis and needed  colorectal surgery .
On December 27 he had the surgery and had to stay in the  hospital .The  hospital he was in didnt care for him or tube feed him or notice his surgery was opening they didnt even clean his room he was falling behind very fast  till we requested a tranfer to a different hospital. When he got to the new hospital they notice he had dehydration,blood clots and 2 pockects of infection that became a microorganism he had lost over 45lb in 3 weeks after the treatment in this new hospital and ensuring he was better he has started his physical therapy and thank God he is getting better and soon will be send home but will need a home with a wheelchair lift
a ramp and several other home modifications that the insurance doesnt cover, He will be living with my dad who has stopped working to care for him.
We ask all our family and friends to please help us .
