Arts & Crafts for Special Needs!

Hi,  My name is Adriene Radcliffe, and I recently left my corporate position after 28 years to open and arts and crafts studio in my small town of Oxford, CT and spend more time with my family.  There are not many things for kids to do in this area and I hope to give both kids and adults a fun and inexpensive experience. 

My son Raymond has Autism, and I've come to learn about so many of the people in our area who have special needs.  

I would very much like to offer free arts and crafts classes and studio time to special needs programs and individuals that are in New Haven and Fairfield County Connecticut.

Many special needs individuals do not like crowded, or noisy environments.  I would like to dedicate some studio time as "sensory friendly" with lower lighting, and quiet music and fewer patrons.  The $6000 raised would provide enough materials and allow me to dedicate studio time (leased space) for this purpose.

If you have someone in your family with special needs or a friend who has a child with special needs, then you understand and can help me spread the word about my Campaign for Art for Special Needs.

I'm hoping to spread this through Facebook, and If I can find 6,000 people to GIVE $1 each to this cause, I will have met my goal.
