VENICE VENDING MACHINE

Donation protected
THE VENICE VENDING MACHINE is a socially engaged art project to be presented during the 57th Venice Biennale.
It will benefit people that normally would not enter an art gallery and will reach art professionals present in this important event, thus providing a platform for emerging artists to be present and to be seen.
The way it works is via an encounter and a dialogue between a performance artist and the audience:

I will be present at all times and will offer the the possibility of operating the surprise machine where all the artworks along with the name and contact details of the artists are contained inside small spheres. The interested party will be able to aquire FOR FREE during this years event an object of art in exchange for a comment to the artist, the project and a dialogue about the value of art in our society.

The funds will be used to bring the artworks collected in Bristol, England to Venice, Italy. They will go towards the creation and maintaining of the website, publishing an online and paper catalogue, to photograph the works, cover some of the expenses of transportation of the Venice Vending Machine and publicity i.e. posters and banners with names of the artists exhibiting.

The exhibition will take place in Venice on the 14th of October till the 22nd 2017.
We will need to get the funding by the 20th of September 2017.
To thank you for you kind donation we will give:

A thank you postcard of the exhibition will to anyone who will donate £5.

A paper catalogue of the exhibition to anyone that will donate £25.
