Army Vet Legs broken by a Van

Hey everyone,
My name is Glenaj Washington a hard worker and Army Vet.
Unfortunately I was involved in a serious accident which prevents me from walking or supporting myself. On July 9th I was on the way to my company office to clock out and stopped at a gas station to use the latrine, before my 45min ride to the office. On my way out a man hopped in my company vehicle trying to steal it, as I walked to the door. When I got to the van door we tussled before he panicked and threw it in reverse; catching me in the door as well. He ran it into a gas pump and flipped the Van on its side where i was caught between the door and frame of the vehicle and it crushed my legs breaking my Right Fibula and breaking my Left Ankle at the joint and shattering the joint.
I am supposed to get surgery on the left ankle but can't because my job didn’t have insurance at the time preceding the accident. So now I've been waiting for months in excruciating pain, with no pain medicine, unable to walk and unable to support myself, waiting to go to court to try and get Workmans Compensation. Doctors say I can't work until I get the surgery which I couldn't any way because it hurts to even stand up and it aches when I'm sitting, and the Army can't help me because it was not on orders. Plus I have so many bills I am unable to pay on top of me having to live off others making it hard for them as well.
I've exhausted all of my money and resources trying to stay afloat while I wait for court but it keeps getting pushed back. Its been a constant struggle getting assistance on top of me trying to find different ways to get the surgery and being shut down. I was even turned down by Grady to get care because I don't live in the designated area of Dekalb or Fulton. If you could find it in your hearts to help me in my plea during my difficult time. Any amount of donation is greatly appreciated.
From what I know so far they haven't caught the guy or his accomplice that was there and helped him out of the turned over vehicle.
