Aribha Jamil mental health placement

The aim for this funding page is to raise money for a project I will be participating in this summer. These projects will take place in school or vocational institutes in Indonesia to help provide students with better career prospects and confidence just by speaking to them! skills often neglected in the developing world, but intrinsically linked to mental health are: decision-making, problem-solving, creative and critical thinking, effective communication, interpersonal skills, self-awareness and coping with emotions and stress that can be transferred through communication with students . I will also be providing extracurricular English lessons to students to help improve their pronunciations of words, the aim is to be role models and not caregivers to children who are marginalised by poverty and circumstance. I will also be working in many schools and initiatives with special needs furthermore I will be running after school clubs for kids aged 5-18 and running English classes for those aged 90!
