ASNY campaigns to prevent the threat of dry needling performed by non-licensed individuals and we need your help!! Our goal is to raise $7500 to help cover both the lobbyist fee and the fee of an attorney who has national success combating DN. New York L.Ac.'s need to be proactive and effective on this issue and we need your help!
ASNY continues to work on: preventing unqualified practitioners from performing acupuncture under the guise of 'Dry Needling'" and preserving the integrity of the acupuncture profession, increasing the No Fault fee schedule, getting L.Ac.'s added to the NYS Workers' Compensation System provider list and much more.
Thanks to help from you through our last fundraiser, we were able to get the governor to sign legislation into law that will add diet and herbal therapies in accordance with traditional and modern practices of East Asian medical theory into the scope of all NYS L.Ac.'s.
