APPEL A LA SOLIDARITÉ - GRAVE ACCIDENT DE TRACTEUR Depuis maintenant 2 ans, nous réalisons notre propre pain paysan biologique aux farines naturelles de blés anciens et sans adjuvant industriel, en harmonie avec notre volonté de faire perdurer des savoirs faire ancestraux et respectueux de l’environnement. Ce projet s’inscrit dans la continuité de la mission de notre exploitation agricole (La Roulotte du Berger), qui s’engage à servir la communauté locale depuis maintenant 6 ans, en produisant des aliments de haute qualité nutritionnelle, et en venant au service des plus éloignés grâce à notre camion de vente itinérant. Comme beaucoup d’entre vous le savent, Vincent a été victime d’un grave accident de tracteur, forçant les médecins à le plonger dans un coma artificiel et une immobilisation totale pour une durée encore indéfinie.  Au fil des années, nous avons servi et bénéficié d’un réseau de solidarité paysanne et citoyenne dont nous avons aujourd’hui besoin plus que jamais, pour continuer à faire tourner notre exploitation et à servir les habitants locaux. This project inscribes itself within the broader mission of our farm (“La Roulotte du Berger”), which has served its local community for over 6 years, producing food packed with high nutritional value, and delivering it to those living in remote areas with our mobile market van.   As many of you may already know, Vincent was involved in a serious tractor accident, which has resulted in an induced coma, forcing him to remain bedridden for an indefinite length of time. Throughout the years, we have participated in and benefitted from a network of farmer and citizen solidarity that we need to mobilise now more than ever, in order to maintain our activity and keep on serving the local community. Any form of support is welcome – may it be through the strength of your arms to help with farm work, or your donations to support the long-term financial viability of our project. For this reason, we have created this fundraiser, which will give Vincent time to heal without putting our farm in danger – until he is able to bake your daily bread again, with all the passion and skills that he has demonstrated in the past.
