Stem Cell Research

On August 3rd, 2008, almost nine years ago, I suffered a spinal cord injury from a mountain bike crash leaving me as a partial quadrapeligic. I was told by doctors that it was very unlikely I would ever walk again and would need to be in a power wheelchair for the rest of my life. Much to their surprise, I wasn't able to accept that and worked as hard as possible to overcome the barriers the medical world presented me with and within a few months started using a manual wheelchair everyday.  Mobility however, did not return and life has been a constant struggle ever since. I always do my best to remain positive and happy in everything I do, even the most basic of things take all my effort to achieve. There just had to be something out there that could make things easier.
As of recently I started doing some research on stem cells and found an Institute in Panama City, Panama that offers treatments. I sent in an application and on March 8th, 2017, I received an email saying I will make an excellent candidate for stem cell therapy. Of course there is no guarantee that I will gain anything back but at this point I'm willing to try anything to improve the quality of my life. 
I miss the active lifestyle I lead prior to injury and am getting really tired of sitting all day long with a limited amount of things I can do to entertain myself. The treatments, flights and accommodations are rather expensive but I need to try to do something. Please help me overcome the odds again. If anyone could spare any amount of money to help me get to Panama to take part in this therapy, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much in advance.
