Anthony Turcotte's Eagle Scout Project

Hello, my name is Anthony, and I have started this go fund me to raise money for my Eagle Scout service project. My project will benefit an organization known as Ben’s Builders, which was founded by a good friend of ours who lost his son Ben to cancer back in 2009. Before he passed away, Ben loved Legos, and they would help to give him happiness even in the toughest times. Ben’s father wanted to pass that happiness on to other cancer patients, and so he founded Ben’s Builders. He has purchased a large collection of Legos, with the help of donors, and he frequently hosts events at the Hope Club of the Capital Region and the Albany Medical Center, where children with cancer are given a chance to have fun during the stressful times of treatment. The organization would like to help more people, but, unfortunately, they are limited on where they can host due to a lack of tables. That is where my project would come in. I would like to construct multiple collapsible tables that would easily fit into any vehicle, be mobile, and have the means to hold the buckets of Legos. I believe that this project will make a huge difference for many children in very unfortunate circumstances. Any donations, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated, and any money leftover after building the tables themselves will go towards buying more Legos. Thank you so much for your time.
