ANTA (Association of Nepal Terai in Australia) Appeal for your support to help storm victims of Bara-Parsa, Nepal
A massive rainstorm hit several places in Nepal on Sunday, killing at least 25 people and injuring 400 others. The rainstorm swept through several places in the southern district of Bara and adjoining Parsa in the evening.
Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli expressed sadness over the loss of lives and extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
ANTA (Association of Nepal Terai in Australia) have already contacted its members and some of the families in the affected region to assess the situation and we've assured them to support within our best capacity.
As advised by our members in affected region, there is a massive need of various relief supplies as soon as possible. Therefore, we'd like to request you to donate generously to help the affected victims in Nepal.
