Animal advocates need new roof

My sister owns a house in the woods in Arkansas.  She invited me to live with her last year.  We save turtles crossing the streets, feed a colony of feral cats, helped get a calf back in his fenced property and rescued dogs we found on these roads in the woods.  Recently we went to a feed store and  saw puppies in a kennel waiting to be sold. They were cold and so little.  My sister was so outraged she bought the pups.  No, she is not rich, but she couldn't walk away.  There is an excellent animal shelter here which has been working with us when we find dogs and need a place to take them, plus they will be helping us spay and neuter the feral cats when we can trap them. I have one dog of my own who has been having skin allergy issues and my sister has been raising six dogs and six cats of her own.  She kept the babies of the two dogs she found.   So we are now fostering the four puppies until the shelter has room to take them in. After that I will be fostering other dogs.   Recently we found that there are leaks in the roof, which can be a dangerous situation for the foster pups and for me since I live upstairs.  we are in need of the funds to repair the roof or get a new roof.  The cost could be upward of $2, 000.00 - $3,000.00.   we are asking for your donations so that we can keep helping homeless animals.  Whatever portion that is not used up for the roof we will use for puppy/dog food or donate it to the shelter.
