Angels van and lift to install

We are trying to raise money for a van and a lift to connect to the van so it will be easier to get her in and out the car and easier for her to be transported to her doctors appointments without having to lift her every time just to get her where we need to go she's 11 years old and she's getting to heavy and big to carry... We have béen waiting for about 7 years for the rehabilitation center to donate a van and we never seem to be the the recipients so we are reaching out to our community for help with ms angel Nicole Martin with her special needs she has cerebral palsey and will never be able to walk she is also profound deaf and has only 26% eye sight if anyone out there no matter how small can find it in your hearts to donate and help her travels a little easier we would surely appreciate it
