Help get Angel Klein a heart

Donation protected
Angel’s journey began on June 24th, 2016. She had been perfectly healthy leading up to this, even getting her hair done the day before. When she first started feeling weak and dizzy, she thought she may be coming down with the flu. When her symptoms worsened, she was rushed to the emergency room at Samaritan hospital. They offered her fluids for her dehydration, but when they took her blood pressure they noticed something was not right. They immediately had her flown to Wenatchee Valley hospital, where she was given a pacemaker because it had become apparent that her heart was failing fast. Realizing the severity of her condition, she was then flown to the University of Washington medical center where for several days the doctors fought to save her heart.

Angel was diagnosed with a rare form of Myocarditis a few days later. Myocarditis is a very rare heart disease that typically effects less than 200,000 young adults a year. Most people with this condition never live long enough to be diagnosed, they simply die suddenly. In Angel’s case, her heart could not be saved and her only hope for survival is a heart transplant. In addition to the heart failure, Angels other organs began shutting down at a rapid rate so she was then put on life support  to keep her alive until she could receive an artificial heart.

We do not want Angel to go through this alone and we need your help .We started this Go Fund Me page strictly for Angel. Our family has opened a savings account that all donations will be deposited in to that only Angel can access. It’s hard to say what her long term medical care will require, so we wanted to have a fund set up to help her cover future medical costs. Angel is such a loving, caring, beautiful person that deserves all the help she can get. Please help us so we can help her.  Your donations and contributions will help more than you know.  Thank you so much!

It has been 10months since Angel was diagnosed with Myocarditis. Due to the lung damage and the high risk of Angel’s condition she has been denied a transplant in the state of WA and is seeking a second opinion in CA
