Andrew Pereira Borba Memorial Fund

Andrew's life was tragically cut early on December 2nd, 2016 on the morning of his Mother's birthday. He leaves behind his parents, brother and sister, many relatives and friends. Andrew was very involved in the Portuguese-American community here in the Bay Area, from Carnaval to Filarmonica to Folklore and LUSO amongst many of his other passions. Always willing to lend a helping hand in any way he could and to whomever needed it. He loved animals and was going to college, studying animal science, to fulfill his dream of owning his own farm someday. Those who knew him, knew how outgoing, fun, and loving he was. It's so difficult to accept that he has passed unexpectedly and it is a shock to many. We look at this page and all over social media, we see how much he was loved and we all want him to pick up the phone and say that he is okay but we know that he is with God now. We hope that this GoFundMe serves to raise funds for funeral and memorial expenses to honor Andrew's legacy.

Let's unite together to show his family how much he was loved by all especially during this holiday season.  There will never be anyone like Andrew and his loss is felt by many around the world, his legacy will never be forgotten.

Please respect the family's wishes by not posting about the accident. Instead choose to remember Andrew for the beautiful, selfless person he was and the life he lived on Earth.
