Wir möchten es Anders machen! (English text below)

Das haben wir uns fest vorgenommen. Die norddeutsche Bierlandschaft ist hauptsächlich von Großbrauereien bestimmt, die Einheitspils industriell herstellen und ausschenken.

Wir finden das falsch und möchten die Bierlandschaft nachhaltig prägen, damit du ein Produkt erhältst auf das du in der Region stolz sein kannst!

Inspiriert von der Craft-Beer Bewegung aus den USA wollen wir ausdruckstarke Biere brauen, mit neuartigen Hopfensorten, die interesssante Aromen und ordentlich Geschmack ins Bier bringen, oder mit kräftig gerösteten Malzen dunkle Biere die echten Charakter haben. Durch den Einsatz von qualitativ hochwertigen Rohstoffen und druch den Verzicht auf gleichartig schmeckende Biere wollen wir zeigen, dass Bier ganz anders und aufregend sein kann. Im Vordergrund sollen dabei englische Bierstile wie Pale Ales und dunkle Stouts stehen, aber auch neu interpretierte deutsche Klassiker wie Helles oder Weizen.


Ganz ohne Geld geht es leider nicht. Darum brauchen wir deine Unterstützung.
Um einen geeigneten Kredit zum Aufbau unserer Brauerei zu erhalten benötigen wir Kapital.
Dann geht alles sehr schnell. Binnen des nächsten halben Jahres soll sie stehen.

Warum machen wir das?
Bier ist Vertrauenssache. Regional produzierte Produkte sprechen für sich. Es geht hier um mehr, als nur eine Brauerei. Hier geht es um Identität; Unsere wie auch die der Lübeck.





Für uns bedeutet es die Realisierung eines spannenden Projektes in einer tollen Stadt, die viel zu bieten hat.

Aus diesem Grund brauchen wir eure Hilfe! Ihr sollt aber nicht leer ausgehen.
In unserem Taproom werdet ihr immer willkommen sein. Wir möchten ein Teil der Gemeinde sein und uns aktiv engagieren.

We are doing it differently!

Thats our mission. The northern German beer landscape is mainly dominated by big industrial breweries that deliver the same pils-flavor without much variety.



We are out to change the northern German brewery scene for the long term and make a product that you can be proud of!

Inspired by the craft beer movement in the United States, we brew with character. New and exciting hops, that deliver great aroma and fantastic flavor are at the core of it, as well as nicely smoked malts that deliver complex flavors for dark beers.
The use of quality ingredients as well as the absence of anything ordinary will prove that beer can be new and exciting.



Predominantly, we will experiment with English beer styles like Pale Ales and Stouts, but also reinterpret German classics like Helles and Weizen.

However, in order to do this we need your support!
To get a suitable credit for our brewery we need capital.
Once that is accomplished we are on our way. Within the first half-year of 2018 we are planning on opening the brewery.

Why we do what we do:
Beer is a matter of trust. Locally produced products speak for themselves. This is about more than just a brewery. It is about identity; ours, as well as yours.

For us, this means the realization of an exciting product in a great city that already has a lot to offer.

For this reason, we need YOUR help! So what does this mean for you?
