AMC Bale Run

Welcome to our fundraising page proudly created by the Coalfields chapter of the American Motorcycle Club Australia. We are a chapter of 30 local members, that have a passion for community spirit and helping others in need and less fortunate. Some of our charities supported include Dementia Australia, incorporating our Dementia Run that has raised more than $65,000 over the last 3yrs. We also support Variety the Children’s Charity, Vision Australia, plus many other local charities and community based fundraising requests.
Following on from the huge support we received from the community in our “Doing it for the Farmers” Run, we are extending our commitment to drought effected NSW farmers with a new event called the AMC Bale Run.
This will be an in invite to all motorcycle riders from the Hunter Region and beyond to show their support for NSW farmers in need.
Our aim is to deliver 2 semi trailers loaded with hay at a cost of $9500 each to where it’s needed most.
We will hold a charity day ride, open to the public on Saturday 1st September 2018. Departing Newcastle we will travel inland and see first hand not only the beautiful countryside but also some of the lands and properties effected by the drought. The day will include a lunch stop yet to be determined before returning home.
All funds go directly to getting hay on the ground for the effected farmers. We have zero admin costs or any fees whatsoever apart from the % fees associated with this Gofundme site.
All donations are tax deductible and can be anonymous if you so wish.
Bales are $110 ea so we are offering a $55 half bale, and also a full bale $110 sponsorship which includes your name or business on our sponsors page along with naming rights signage on your bale. However, donations of any amount would be greatly appreciated and will go towards reaching our huge target of 2 truck loads.
