Amazing Angel's medical bills

We are Adam Buttermore and Jason Dammeyer. We are raising money for our friend with unwavering faith & trust in God Michelle Webb. 
We have been best friends for 15 years. We have a mutual friend who Jason has known over 20 years. Her name is Michelle and she has basically dedicated her entire life to taking care of her Mom who is disabled with diabetes and legally blind. She's always putting others needs before her own.
Michelle has always worked multiple jobs at places such as banks, hotels, grocery stores and other retailers. She even does little candy bouquets and baking cookies to sell during the holiday times to earn any extra money she can. 
Over the years it seems there are constant challenges that keep on preventing her from ever getting ahead. We've tried to help her as much as we can but she just needs more than we can give. This past year has been one of the most difficult. She was hospitalized with sepsis and was told if she didn't admit herself to the hospital that day, she would most likely not make it overnight. 
Even after being told she may not make it through the night she told the doctor, I have to go home and make my Mother dinner but I promise I'll come back and admit myself. No one is there to help her take care of her Mom and she was hospitalized for 5 days. We live in Houston, TX and she lives in Celina, OH as we just relocated here in January of 2015. We were able to call and have a restaurant deliver lunch to her Mom and thankfully her coworkers were able to stop by and check on her Mom and take her a few meals. 
After surviving a near death health crisis earlier in 2016, she now has a severe Charcot infection in both feet due to her diabetes, which only effects 1% of diabetics.  She has been unable to work her normal hours putting her behind on several obligations.  If you're unfamiliar with Charcot (which most people are) It is a disease that effects your ankles and feet. It almost turns your ankles to "mush" due to bone deterioration, causes severe inflammation and can make you practically immobile. There isn’t much cure for this. Just improving diet and losing weight so that hopefully everything settles to at least have some mobility. Surgery is an option but not without major funds and some risks. 
She has constantly put other people first her entire life. I could go on and on but I know your time is valuable. We can definitely share more details if you wish. She's such a kind person and just can't get ahead. 
She is now fighting her 2nd battle with Pneumonia. She should really be hospitalized for treatment, but can't take the time away from her Mom. She hasn't been able to work hardly any days this year due to the pneumonia.
