For Amanda Marie and her two kids

Amanda Marie was a mom to two young kids, a daughter, grandaughter, a newly become aunt, and a friend to many. She was also my sister.
2 days ago, at about 6:30am Amanda was struck by multiple cars on a freeway in Riverside, CA and concluded her time on earth. This is still all a bit sureal as the news is coming in.
Simply, this page is to invite anyone who would like, to celebrate Amanda's life and to honor her two kids (Harper Leanne 10, Conor Patrick 7) with any amount to cover funeral expenses. If, by God's grace, the goal is met, the remaining funds will go to care and provide for Harper and Connor as their life has now drastically shifted.
Amanda was one of the most intellectually gifted people I knew. The last few years of her life were difficult, scared with constant pain and guilt. And durign that time, she pened this poem to her kids entitled: "Fly Lightly"
"FLY LIGHTLY"
Beauty is a trap she now knows about
Her beauty opened doors better left closed, how could she know she would suffer the most
She is lost, damaged and broken
She is now soft spoken
From Miss independent to fallen and forgotten
What once stood so strong struggles to push on
Her own worst enemy, always knowing what she could be and should be
Yet endlessly destroyed by the men she let in
Her mind struck on two beautiful faces she let down, two innocents she never wanted harm around
Day after day, weighed down by guild and pain
Left only to wonder how long it would remain
And how long could she maintain before fading away
Each day her heart would pray
Her one prayer, one wish was those two tear stained faces keep mama in the highest of places
Fly lightly through the storms she wasn’t there for
Please know mommy strived for, cried for, lied for, and died inside for
The thoughts of our little family being together once more
Enjoy your rest Amanda. We'll see you very soon
Revelation 21:4- "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
