Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia, and affects more than 520,000 people in the UK.
As part of our social action project in our National Citizens Service, we aim to raise money in order to aid the research, management and awareness of the disease.
We are paired with Avondale Care Home and hope that our project will make a positive impact on the community.
