Alyssa & Mario's gift recovery

Alyssa and Mario Gutierrez were married on November 19, 2016. The next day as they opened their gifts, they realized almost every single one of their cards from the reception, as well as some gifts were missing. After hours upon hours of contacting guests, it has been determined that at least $1100 worth of money and gifts was stolen. This was money and gifts that these newlyweds had planned on going on a honeymoon with and setting up their appartment. They have very little, they're young, and Alyssa deals with nearly constant health problems, including a serious heart condition. The stress from this loss has been devastating, and the family would like to move on. The police investigation has been sent to the county attorney's office, and it is hoped that the thief (or thieves) will be brought to justice. 
So many people have suggested setting up a gofundme account for Alyssa and Mario, and we greatly appreciate all of the wonderful support from true friends and family during the joyous wedding and reception, and discouraging theft and subsequent investigation.
It would mean so much to us to see Alyssa and Mario off to a better start. We hope to have any donations turned in by December 17th.
