Alla's funeral

Donation protected
I really can't believe that it's come to this but my mom has been fighting cancer for less than a year and it has been a very hard journey for her.

We are asking for help to give my mom a proper burial, surrounded by friends and family that love her. We did not expect things to go downhill so fast and are very unprepared. She was an impeccable person and this disease destroyed such a beautiful human being. Any donation possible would bring us closer to giving her what she deserves.

She was diagnosed with angiosarcoma of the breast , had a mastectomy, radiation, chemotherapy, embolizations, torture after torture with no positive results in the end. Angiosarcoma is a very vascular tumor that has landed her in the hospital more times than we can count due to bleeding. She starts bleeding and it is very hard to control and needs constant blood transfusions. It has metastasized into the liver and lungs. Currently she has developed pneumonia, her oxygen levels are low and her liver enzymes are doubling everyday which is the start of liver failure (normal count is 40, she is at 1275). The disease has grown rapidly and taken over her body. Her body is slowly shutting down, it is difficult for her to breathe and talk and ultimately this liver failure is going to take her within 1-2 days. The doctors told us there is nothing more they can do for her and just to let nature do its course.

For those who had the pleasure of knowing my mom, she was an amazing person. Always the first one to help and to the rescue. Never judged anyone, was always full of life and love. She didn't have one bad bone in her body. She took care of everybody around her and just a very self less person. She would give you the shirt off her back in an instant. Anytime anyone would call with a problem or emergency, she would be the first one there. She protected us from all the bad. My mom was a strong person, and she fought this terrible disease without ever complaining, always protecting us from the agony. My mom took care of my dad throughout his sicknesses as well. He is her rock and now he is taking care of her. He stays with her all day, everyday, every step of the way. My dad also has his health issues and is disabled. We as a family didnt have a lot growing up, but we always had love and each other and for that I will forever be grateful.
