Alicia's World Scout Jamboree Journey

Alicia is hugely honoured to have been selected to represent the UK at the World Scout Jamboree to be held in July 2019 at the Summit Bechel in West Virginia USA. She will be joined by 40,000 scouts united by themes of peace, adventure and education. To attend the jamboree each participant has to raise nearly £4000 and a significant portion of this supports scouts from developing countries to attend this once in a lifetime experience. Alicia has worked extremely hard fundraising writing letters, running clubs for younger children, hosting Bingo nights in the local community alongside bake sales, tombolas and sweet sales.  Every single £ she has earned thus far has made her more determined and more confident to achieve her goal so anything you can do to help our Amazing Alicia would be much appreciated!
