Alexis’ Atrial Fibrillation Ablation Surgery
Donation protected
Earlier this year, Alexis was diagnosed with stage four congestive heart failure and stage three kidney disease. Her newest cardiac specialist has decided that he wants to do an atrial fibrillation ablation, which we hope will help with her AFib. An erratic heartbeat is one of the contributing factors to her CHF. We hope to do this surgery before the end of the year, and she’ll be out of work for approximately a week.
In in the meantime, her kidney issues have been growing more serious, and she’s developed a nasty case of gout. For over a week, she’s been unable to work- more importantly, she’s hasn’t even been able to walk without crutches. Her right knee, right foot, and left foot have been swollen and extremely painful. Traditional treatments for this form of arthritis are unavailable to her because of these same kidney problems.
We just need a little bit of help to get over this latest rough patch at the end of a rough year. Thank you so much!
