Alelia Butler Fire

$13,198 of $30,000 goal

Raised by 147 people in 6 months
36648340_1548794474896947_r.jpegAlelia Butler a beloved resident on Galveston Lane in Key West lost everything she owned in a fire last night.  She escaped with only the clothes she was wearing, everything else in her life is gone except for the love of her neighbors and community.   She was the  long time pre-k teacher at Wesley House and raised up many Key West children. Her retirement years have bee spent volunteering and giving selflessly to the community.  Now she needs your help.  It's our turn. John Martini is a 40 year neighbor of Alelia who is a well known local artist and community activist. The donations will be used to demo her trailer and be put aside for eventual rebuild. All moneys are deposited directly into Alelia’s Bank account at Centenial Bank.
