Albrecht Family

On October 4, 2018 Trish Albrect was taken from this world unexpectantly. Leaving behind her husband Adam, and 2 beautiful girls Peighton (12) and Taylor (9).  Next week out have been their 14 year wedding anniversary.

Adam is one of the strongest people I have ever met in my life.  I was with them when they lost his father, Steve, and watched him hold his Mom up, and now he is forced to do that for his beautiful girls.

Writing this breaks my heart, I will miss Trish more than I could ever put into words, but I will do my best.

I have known Trish most of my life.  I think I was around 12 when I first met the Parcell's in 4H.  They were very active in that, and later our paths crossed again when I started working at Kmart in high school.  It was always a great day working with Trish.  We got to be pretty friendly, as co worker do, and then sort of lost touch after I left Kmart, only for her to pop back up into my life yet again when I ran into her on a first date with her husband to be, Adam.  Adam and I were on the swim team in high school together, and had gotten to be pretty good friends.

From there I saw Trish on a regular basis as she became a constant companion of Adam.  If you saw one the other was near by.  Eventually Adam asked Trish to marry him.  I was the best man at their wedding, it was one of the best times I have ever had.  We all drank way to much and had tons of fun.  Several years later Peighton was born, and Adam went through a career transition, which required him to go back to school.  Trish worked full time and took care of Peighton while Adam attended school, and eventually finished and that's when Taylor joined the fun.  I have never met two little girls that are more different Peighton, is her moms little girly girl, who never liked when her hands were even a little dirty, and Taylor who could roll around in the dirt all day and be happy as a dog in mud.

A few years ago the girls got to an age where they started dancing and playing soccer, and for the last few years I havent seen as much of my friends because I live in Ann Arbor now and with the girls sport keep the Albrecht's very busy, but I was looking forward to the future to when we could see more of each other like the "good old days" when I would drink to much and crash on their spare bed, but then I got the call yesterday from Adam, which I know was an impossible call for him to make, but he wanted me to know what happened before I saw it on through social media because that is the kinda of man Adam is.

With all that being said, I am asking you to please give what you can to this help this amazing family get through this unspeakably difficult time.

Any and all money raised will go directly to Adam, Peighton, and Taylor to serve what ever purpose they see fit.
