Albany Back to School Drive

Nearly 21% of all children in America live in households that are below the federal poverty line. In the capital region nearly 24.5% of the population is living in poverty.  Our city is one of diverse cultures that does life and education together. Our goal is to raise funds in order to provide local children with the school supplies they need to start the 2019 school year off with a bang.  

With the help of your donations, we will be purchasing school supplies and hosting a back to school drive for children in grades K-12,  August 17th to ensure every child feels they belong. This drive will grant school aged children to come out, get the school supplies they need, meet others their age, eat, and have fun!

 Any contribution large or small is one step closer to helping the kids in our city have equal opportunities.
