Alan Henning Memorial Family Fund

Salford City Council, with the permission of Alan’s wife Barbara and at the request of the family, has decided to set up a memorial fund where all monies raised will go towards providing financial support for Alan and Barbara’s children.
The City Council is working in collaboration with SalfordOnline.com to support and assist Alan's family.
Alan Henning was a proud son of Eccles and Salford, helping people of all faiths in their time of need. Alan was a kind, caring, selfless man and no words can truly convey the depths of sorrow we all feel at his tragic loss. There has been a tremendous outpouring of grief world-wide at his loss.
Salford City Council has opened a condolence book and is committed to supporting the family now and in the future.
