AJ's Top Secret Top Surgery Fund

This year for AJ’s birthday I would like to be able to share the gift of life with him. He will be turning a ripe 24, but hasn’t quite been living all these years. AJ, like so many others, has been born into a body he has never been able to feel whole in. This soon will be changing, that is if enough love, in the form of financial support, is collected.
Insurance has approved the gender reassignment operation. That is incredible! But, like most things with insurance there is a catch. Not everything will be covered. Under the discretion of the surgeon, he will also need contouring. Contouring will help the surgeon give AJ a chest and a body that he will feel more whole in. The surgery date has not yet been solidified because of the bureaucratic insurance processes. As it stands, an operation date is anticipated for early 2018.
Currently, AJ attends Mohawk College and is in a Building and Construction Sciences program. He also works on campus and is actively involved in student programming there.
The last person to ask for help is AJ. He is the kind of person who will give all he has and then find a way to give even more. So, here I am. Anything that you contribute will undeniably help him.
My hope is that this, Top Secret Top Surgery Fund, combined with his savings will be what it takes to get the job done and for AJ to start living!
