Jean-François's dental surgery

Hello my name is Jean-François, I'm raising money to get dental surgery to get an implant for my tooth that is now broken in 3 places.
Back in april 2014 I went out with some friends to get a few drinks and I was attacked by some one at the bar. I got sucker punched in the face and the guy ran away before anything could be done with the police. The result of this attack was a broken tooth that could not be just clued back together. Back then I didn't have any insurance so I couldn't get the 2500$ required to get it fix with a permenant implant. So I got a temporary fix thanks to the great help and services of my dentist
Now that I do have insurance, the insurance is only paying about 20% of the cost to get it fix but with the time that as passed since the accident the problem as worsen. Now my tooth is in need of emergency surgery because it is broken in 3 places so I need a full implant I do not know how to explain this in better terms as my brain went numb after the price of the surgery was told to me. Basically now it went up to 3500$ wich I do not have. From what the dentist told me if I do not get the surgery done soon, I'm at risk that an infection will set in since I got a dead body inside my mouth it will affect my the teeth next to it.
My wish is that by begining of June I could get this surgery done.
So this is why I'm asking for your help, even if I can't raise the full amount any amount of money raised will help get the cost down for me.
What this means to me, it would put back a smile on my face since the accident I do not smile as I do not want to show my tooth. It will save me from other complications and more expenses to put on that tooth.
How thankful I will be? Let me tell you that this would be for me the greatest way for me to feel that there is hope and love in this world. And I would just give it back to other people in need in return.
