Mother of 3 With Cancer – Aisha’s Story
Aisha McClellan, a mother of 3 beautiful kids (ages 10, 10 & 11), was just diagnosed with terminal cancer. Here’s her story:
Aisha was initially diagnosed with Cancer in May of 2016. She underwent 3 months of intense radiation and chemotherapy. Soon after, her energy returned, she was happier than ever with a new outlook on life, and even began a new career at the University of North Carolina.
This happiness was short-lived…

On 11/9/16, Aisha went back for a follow-up PET Scan. The doctors came back with the gut-wrenching news. “Your cancer is now metastatic and has spread to both lungs and your liver.”
Once Aisha begins chemo, her life expectancy is anywhere between 13 to 17 months. That’s less than 2 years to create a lifetime of memories with her children, family, and friends. Her kids will graduate high school, college, and walk down the aisle without their mom.
But, Aisha is a FIGHTER! She is not giving up hope and we believe in miracles!
Any donations made will be used to take the monetary burden from Aisha so she can spend this precious time with her loved ones. The travel to and from appointments will start to add up, along with doctor visit co-pays, living expenses, meals, maintaining her household for her kids, etc. If she is qualified for any clinical trials, some money may be used for the trial and/or travel to/from the facility.
*In the event the unthinkable happens, all funds will go to Aisha's children.*
Many friends and family have been praying for, thinking about, and have even reached out to help Aisha either financially or through emotional support during her battle with cancer. Please continue to do so. Thank you all so much!
~~None of us are promised tomorrow, but I refuse to believe she is in the sunset of her life.~~
Don't forget to SHARE and pray. #AishasAngels
