Air ambulance to Puerto Rico

Jose Castro is a patient with chronic progressive multiple sclerosis resulting in quadriplegia, trigeminal neuralgia, dysphagia, and respiratory failure. Due to he's medical needs and in other to preserve his life was forced to leave the island of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. Since October 7th he has been hospitalized and ended with a permanent tracheostomy and dependent of continuous oxygen. Right now he is at Gaylord Hospital in Connecticut and in order to be discharged to his home in PR needs to be transferred in an air ambulance.
