Emergency heart surgery

If you know Don Geddes, you know the last thing he would want to do is burden others or ask for help, However, If you knew Don the first thing you would want to do is help him, if he ever needed it.

Don was on vacation in USA, and had booked a flight to return home one November 29th. On November 28th at 2:00am, Don suffered a heart attack and was airlifted to a hospital where emergency surgery was performed because of a complete blockage. After 3   days in ICU, Don was released and flew back to Regina December 3rd to recuperate at home. Don had a complete medical including ECG, before they left on vacation and everything was fine. Don had no medical insurance due to his existing heart problems in the past. Now this family is left with a huge medical bill of a $120,000. If you can find it in your heart to help this family out right before Christmas that would be amazing. I want them to be able to recover as a family over the holidays without the extra stress of this bill over their heads. Don has been a Local 771 member since 1966 and could use any help his brothers and sisters could provide for him and his family. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
