Beloved father

My dad means a lot to so many people and right now he needs help... My dad has pulmonary fibrosis and doesn’t have very much longer to live. We have tried for a lung transplant and he was too weak and right now his last hope is a stem cell transplant. He is going down to Tennessee the beginning of August to try for the procedures but we need transportation to get him there. With his condition, we can’t just put him in a car. He is too weak to make the journey without the proper transportation. We appreciate anything you can give. Thank you!
