Pendant qu'on l'observe, (si vous le faites) il est important de garder en tête que l'AÉÉIPPSSA opère sur le territoire non cédé et non abandonné de la nation Algonquine Anichinabé. Notre accès à l'éducation, la vie de campus et la terre a ses racines dans une histoire de colonisation que nous reconnaissons activement et travaillons à réconcilier afin de promouvoir un campus inclusif à tous les étudiants.
En ligne avec l'engagement de l'Université d'Ottawa envers la réconciliation, l'AÉÉIPPSSA organise une levée de fonds pour l'Odawa Native Friendship Centre avec l'intention de redonner à la communauté autochtone plus grande ainsi que locale. L'AÉÉIPPSSA cherche à donner un coup de main au travail du centre en ramassant un but de 300$, en plus de l'option de dons de nourriture et de biens matériaux. Tout don, peu importe la générosité, signale un engagement envers la réconciliation, alors s'il-vous-plaît considérez contribuer au succès de cette campagne pour améliorer les services dans la communauté où nous vivons.

While observing, (if you do) it is important to keep in mind that AEEIPPSSA holds space on unceded and unsurrendered Algonquin Anishinabek territory. Our access to education, campus life, and the land is rooted in a history of colonization we actively recognize and work to reconcile in order to make campus inclusive for all students.
In line with the University of Ottawa’s commitment to reconciliation, AEEIPPSSA is hosting a fundraiser for the Odawa Native Friendship Centre with the intent of giving back to the greater and local Indigenous community. AEEIPPSSA seeks to support the work of the Centre by fundraising a goal of $300, as well as an option for donations of food and material goods. Every donation, no matter how gracious, signals a commitment to reconciliation on an individual level and as a whole, so please consider taking a role in making this campaign a success and better the services in the community we live in.
