Help Olivia receive the gift of sound

Hello! I am posting this on behalf of the Erickson family in Minot, ND. Their baby girl, Olivia, was born on June 17, 2013 with severe to profound hearing loss in both ears. The diagnosis brought a tough decision to make - cochlear implants or not? After struggling with the decision they decided to give their daughter the gift of hearing and started working with her medical team to prepare for surgery. It has been a long process and it has taken a toll on the family. Insurance issues have left the family with high medical bills, and Olivia's Dad has also lost his job in the process. The family is struggling to pay bills. Olivia has 3 brothers that are being affected by the struggle as well. Their dream is that Olivia will hear the roar of the ocean the first time she sees it, hear the rustling of leaves on an autumn day, wake up to the sound of birds chirping, and far more importantly hear the sound of her family's voices when they tell her they love her. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the family embarks on this journey for Olivia. She has her surgery on the 19th of June and activation three weeks later. Hopefully this sweet baby girl will hear our voices soon.
